Weston Staircase Build
Bourbon Lights LLC is excited to take on a unique woodworking project for a local homeowner's rustic cabin near Weston, Missouri. This stunning cabin, crafted from solid oak, features a magnificent oak at its heart, where a spiral staircase will ascend to a loft overlooking the great room. Our team will meticulously carve stairs, ensuring a perfect tenon fit into the tree. Stay tuned for updates as we progress through this remarkable project, which will continue until May 2026!

In 2024 I retired from an almost 25 year career in Law Enforcement. Post retirement, working with my hands has become very therapeutic for me, and led me to start expressing myself through my woodworking and light building. My father has been my inspiration in woodworking, and was a hobby he always enjoyed. He put together a full woodworking shop, and I spent many an hour with him, helping him build and create beautiful pieces of furniture. When he passed away, I could not let his tools he loved so much go to auction, and decided to buy them from his estate. I moved the shop to my house, and have been perfecting my skills ever since.
